A Mindful Road to Recovery: Yoga and Meditation

If you're looking for a more mind-body focused recovery from compulsive or abusive behaviors, this is a great opportunity. Back again by popular demand, Michael Fayne, PhD & Allyson Pimentel, EdD share their expertise inside the urban oasis, Om Factory with a mindful movement/meditation practice, group discussion, and theoretical teaching. If you're seeking to prevent a relapse or even just looking to live a fuller life free of continuous defeat-prone habits, this workshop will help you establish a healthier relationship with your body and the choices you make. Research has shown that the practice of yoga and meditation clearly play a role in helping one to control problems like substance abuse, compulsive eating and spending disorders, or any other addictions. All levels welcome.
