Next Friday, join shamanic healer Parashakti as she and her crew guide soul-seekers through a movement-based vision-quest at Union Square's Jivamukti yoga studio. Using Native American traditions as well as modern modalities, Parashakti asks each participant to make an intention and sport a blindfold for their free-form dance journey. Don't worry about your sight - a tribe of gatekeepers keeps you safe, while live musicians provide a soundtrack to guide you. Feel free to move and make noise in any way that calls to you, intuiting ways to heal your mind, body and spirit. After closing the ceremony together, you'll feel rejuvenated and relaxed, and blissed out to last 'til next month's dance.
